Please note that staff in our office only deal with administrative matters and are unable to answer individual queries relating to the use of herbs, e.g. the effectiveness of Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM) in treating a particular health condition or the potential for side effects etc. Any questions regarding treatment should be referred to your CHM practitioner. The RCHM is also unable to recommend practitioners or specialists in particular areas or to supply herbs or herbal products.
We would also ask you to be mindful that the RCHM is a small organisation, staffed on a mostly part-time basis. We will endeavour to answer your queries as quickly as possible, but this will be on a Monday to Friday, office hours basis.
