RAISING A CONCERN

We take matters relating to safety and ethical practice very seriously. Please refer to our Code of Safe Practice and Ethics for more information.

If you wish to raise a concern about a member of the RCHM, in the first instance please email our office with details of your concerns.  Email: [email protected]

We will only be able to process your complaint on receipt of a written summary of how the issue has arisen. If you have concerns about a social media post, then a screenshot with the relevant information is sufficient.

If you have a complaint about a herbal supplier which falls under the RCHM’s Approved Supplier Scheme, please follow this procedure:

In the first instance, please try and resolve the issue with the company in question. If you have a faulty product then suppliers have robust procedures for dealing with safety or quality issues.

If you are not able to satisfactorily resolve the issue with the supplier (or your practitioner), then please email [email protected] with the following information:

1) A confirmation of the order with date /herb ordered and supplier
2) photos of the product
3) photo of a readable label.

The RCHM will then liaise on your behalf with the supplier.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO MEDIATE ANY CONCERNS RELATING TO HERBAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE APPROVED SUPPLIER SCHEME.

The Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine is registered in England under company number 14001848 at 21-27 Lambs Conduit Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3GS (no visitors).
