Biography

I enjoy taking time with people to thoroughly discuss in a holistic way how our body has come to develop ill-health, identify where strengths and weaknesses lie in our health, and then gently trying to encourage our body towards better health through herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle advice. I use a combination of Western & Chinese herbs depending on each individual case. I like to support people with mental & emotional wellbeing, hormonal, menstrual and menopausal issues, sleep disturbances, gut issues, and a whole variety of niggling symptoms which may be a medical mystery but which herbal medicine may be able to provide some support for. More recently I have enjoyed working with couples to optimise fertility and for support during pregnancy.
