HOW TO USE THE DATABASE
1: Download the excel file from the RCHM website.
2: Click the empty box in the extreme top left. It is above number 1 and to the left of A. Clicking on this selects the entire database for sorting.
3: Select Data in the menu bar.
4: Select Sort
5: Choose which field or series of fields you want to sort the data into.
NOTE: The above procedure for sorting applies to the desktop version of Excel 2010. Newer versions and mobile aps may differ. It is possible to obtain a free Excel ap from Microsoft for a phone which enables you to sort a single field at a time through the ‘sort and filter’ menu at the top of the screen.
